Shared Ground
Soft yet resilient - moss, lichen and evergreens thrive through adaptation and coexistence with the environments they inhabit. We too as humans are shaped by the landscapes in which we grow, constantly influenced by the world around us. Through tactile surfaces, layered textiles, and an earthy colour palette, this collection explores the quiet beauty of these organic forms, while gently bringing awareness to our connection with them and the way we share the same ground.

Shirt made with hand-dyed cotton organdie, detailed with hand-fringing and free machine embroidery and areas of appliqué with hand-dyed cotton velour. The natural fabrics in combination with varying levels of opacity and contrasting textures reflect the surfaces of moss and lichen found in an evergreen forest.
